JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The rules of these general conditions are governed by Spanish Law. Any difference that may arise regarding the interpretation, compliance and/or execution of these rules shall be expressly submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Judges and Courts of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
