On the other hand, and based on the execution of a contract, we use your personal data in order to maintain, develop and manage the contractual relationship between the parties to provide the contracted legal services.



Afiens treats the information provided by the interested parties in order to provide the legal services offered, as well as the management of the possible sending of commercial communications about such services, the sending of the corresponding information requested by you or the inclusion in the processes of personnel selection, job vacancies and recruitment.

Due to the nature of the services offered, it is not possible to make automated decisions.

The personal data provided by users or interested parties will be kept for the period of time necessary to respond to requests for information, personnel selection processes (up to a maximum of 24 months as long as the personal data has not been updated) and during the provision of contracted legal services. However, it is possible that these periods may be extended depending on the cases in which it is necessary to attend possible claims and liabilities that may arise or during the periods established to comply with legal obligations.



No data transfers to third countries are foreseen.
