WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR THE TREATMENT?

We use your personal data in accordance with the consent obtained from the interested party to respond to your requests for information, including the possible sending of commercial communications and inclusion in personnel selection processes. On the other hand, and based on the execution of a contract, we use your personal data in order to maintain, develop and manage the contractual relationship between the parties to provide the contracted legal services.

 

WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING?

Afiens treats the information provided by the interested parties in order to provide the legal services offered, as well as the management of the possible sending of commercial communications about such services, the sending of the corresponding information requested by you or the inclusion in the processes of personnel selection, job vacancies and recruitment.

Due to the nature of the services offered, it is not possible to make automated decisions.

 

WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF USERS?

At any time you can:

Know if we process your personal data and access them, as well as know the purposes of the processing; the categories of data being processed; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom they have been or will be communicated; if possible, the expected period of storage of personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period.

When the personal data come from a client of Afiens, we will only treat them as a data processor, being the data controller your client. The latter obtaining the consent given by the person concerned to the transfer of such data.

 

HOW LONG WILL THE DATA BE KEPT?

The personal data provided by users or interested parties will be kept for the period of time necessary to respond to requests for information, personnel selection processes (up to a maximum of 24 months as long as the personal data has not been updated) and during the provision of contracted legal services. However, it is possible that these periods may be extended depending on the cases in which it is necessary to attend possible claims and liabilities that may arise or during the periods established to comply with legal obligations.

 

ARE THERE DATA TRANSFERS TO THIRD COUNTRIES?
